เมื่อวันที่ 2 พฤศจิกายน 2569 กลุ่มสาขาวิชาการสื่อสารและความเป็นสากล ได้จัดโครงการเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพและสหกิจศึกษา ภายใต้หัวข้อ “Skills & Tips for Your First Workplace” สำหรับนิสิตชั้นปีที่ 4 จากหลักสูตรศิลปศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาภาษาเพื่ออาชีพ (หลักสูตรนานาชาติ) สาขาวิชาภาษาเพื่อการสื่อสาร (หลักสูตรนานาชาติ) และสาขาวิชาภาษาและวัฒนธรรมอาเซียน
โครงการดังกล่าวมุ่งเสริมสร้างทักษะที่จำเป็นสำหรับการทำงานจริง ทั้งด้านเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล การใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office และการเตรียมความพร้อมด้านการทำงานอย่างมืออาชีพ ผ่านกิจกรรมอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ 3 หัวข้อ ได้แก่
1. Work with Data: Excel Skills for Your Internship
เรียนรู้การจัดการข้อมูล การใช้สูตรและฟังก์ชันพื้นฐาน ตลอดจนการจัดรูปแบบและนำเสนอข้อมูลอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ โดย Lect. Ramon Rocias Gutierrez
2. Work with Documents & Ideas: Word & PowerPoint Skills for the Workplace
พัฒนาทักษะการจัดทำเอกสารและสื่อการนำเสนออย่างเป็นมืออาชีพ เพื่อประยุกต์ใช้ในการทำงานจริง โดย ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.กิตติพล ฐิโนทัย และ ดร. ถิรนันท์ ปานศุภวัชร
3. Work with Confidence: What to Know Before Your Internship
เตรียมความพร้อมก่อนก้าวสู่โลกการทำงาน เรียนรู้เกี่ยวกับกระบวนการฝึกงาน ความคาดหวังของสถานประกอบการ การสื่อสารและการวางตัวอย่างเหมาะสมในที่ทำงาน โดย ดร.พรทิพย์ ณิช สมิทธ์ศราการย์ และ ดร.วิชญา บวรวิวรรธน์
กิจกรรมในครั้งนี้เปิดโอกาสให้นิสิตได้พัฒนาทักษะที่จำเป็น เพิ่มพูนความรู้และความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงาน ตลอดจนเสริมสร้างความมั่นใจในการนำความรู้ไปประยุกต์ใช้ เพื่อเตรียมพร้อมสำหรับประสบการณ์การฝึกงานและการทำงานในอนาคต

On 2 November 2026, the Division of Communication and Globalization, organized the Internship Preparation 2026 Program under the theme “Skills & Tips for Your First Workplace.” The program was designed for fourth-year students from three undergraduate programs: Language for Careers (International Program), Language for Communication (International Program), and ASEAN Languages and Cultures.
The program aimed to equip students with essential digital, practical, and professional skills to prepare them for their upcoming internships and future careers. Three practical training sessions were offered:
1. Work with Data: Excel Skills for Your Internship
Students developed practical skills in data organization, basic formulas and functions, worksheet formatting, and effective data presentation.
Speaker: Lect. Ramon Rocias Gutierrez
2. Work with Documents & Ideas: Word & PowerPoint Skills for the Workplace
Students enhanced their ability to create professional documents and presentation materials for real workplace applications.
Speakers: Asst. Prof. Dr. Kittipol Tinothai and Dr. Thiranan Pansuppawat
3. Work with Confidence: What to Know Before Your Internship
Students gained insights into the internship process, workplace expectations, professional communication, and appropriate workplace conduct.
Speaker: Dr. Phohnthip Naoise Smithsarakarn and Dr. Wichaya Bovonwiwat
Through these sessions, students had the opportunity to strengthen their practical skills, gain a better understanding of professional workplace environments, and build confidence as they prepare to take their first steps into the world of work.
