การขอรับใบเสร็จค่าธรรมเนียมการศึกษา

นิสิตที่มีความจำเป็นต้องใช้ใบเสร็จค่าธรรมเนียมการศึกษาเพื่อใช้ประกอบการเบิกจ่ายของผู้ปกครอง

(สำหรับนิสิตที่ยังไม่เคยขอรับใบเสร็จรับเงิน)

มหาวิทยาลัยจะดำเนินการจัดส่งให้ตามที่อยู่ที่แจ้งไว้ในแบบฟอร์ม

We will send your requested receipts to the addresses you fill in the form. Delivery status can be checked via https://supreme.swu.ac.th/portal/reqreceipt.php
