ขอเชิญนิสิตกิจกรรมการประกวดการออกแบบการเขียนสี (Cow Design & Paint) ลวดลายบนรูปปั้นวัว สัญลักษณ์ของเนเธอร์แลนด์ ภายใต้แนวคิด “ LGBTQ ”
สถานเอกอัครราชทูตเนเธอร์แลนด์ ประจำประเทศไทย ร่วมกับ มหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒ ขอเชิญนิสิตกิจกรรมการประกวดการออกแบบการเขียนสี (Cow Design & Paint) ลวดลายบนรูปปั้นวัว สัญลักษณ์ของเนเธอร์แลนด์ ภายใต้แนวคิด “ LGBTQ ”
ผู้ที่สนใจสามารถสงผลงานได้ตั้งแต่บัดนี้จนถึงวันที่ 31 มกราคม 2565 เวลา 18.00 น.
โดยมีรายละเอียดและกติการการประกวดฯ ดังนี้
1. กติกาการประกวด
• ส่งผลงานการออกแบบแนวคิดและภาพวาดลงบนรูปวัว (Download รูปวัวได้จาก link หรือ QR Code) ขนาด 29.7 x 42 ซม. (A3) พร้อมชื่อผลงานและแนวคิดเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ โดยผู้เข้าประกวดสามารถเลือกใช้สีและเทคนิคการวาดโดย สีอะครีลิค สีโปสเตอร์ ลงบนกระดาษหรือในรูปแบบ Digital Paint ลงบนรูปวัวทั้ง 2 ด้าน
• ถ่ายภาพผลงานหรือ Export ภาพเห็นเต็มทั้งผลงานทั้ง 2 ด้าน ด้านละ 1 ภาพ ส่งผลงานเป็นไฟล์ JPEG มีขนาดไฟล์ไม่ต่ำกว่า 4 MB และแนบคลิปวิดีโอในรูปแบบ MP4 ที่บันทึกภาพขั้นตอนระหว่างการดำเนินการต่าง ๆ ในการออกแบบแนวคิดและภาพวาด โดยตัดต่อคลิปสั้น ๆ ไม่เกิน 1 นาที ส่งทางออนไลน์ที่ Email : sektan@g.swu.ac.th
ภายในวันที่ 31 มกราคม 2565 เวลา 18.00 น.
• ผลงานที่ส่งเข้าประกวดจะต้องเป็นผลงานที่สร้างสรรค์ขึ้นด้วยฝีมือของผู้เข้าประกวดเอง ไม่ได้คัดลอก ทำซ้ำ หรือลอกเลียนแบบงานของผู้อื่น และเป็นผลงานที่สร้างสรรค์ขึ้นใหม่ ไม่เคยผ่าน การเสนอขาย ตีพิมพ์ หรือส่งเข้าประกวดในโครงการใดๆ มาก่อน ไม่เคยได้รับการเผยเเพร่ในสื่อทุกประเภท (รวมถึงอินเทอร์เน็ต) และต้องไม่ละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์ผู้อื่น ทั้งนี้หากคณะกรรมการตรวจพบว่าเข้าข่ายดังกล่าว จะขอตัดสิทธิ์การเข้าร่วมทันที
• ผลงานที่ส่งเข้าประกวดถือเป็นลิขสิทธิ์ของ สถานเอกอัครราชทูตเนเธอร์แลนด์ ประจำประเทศไทย
2. วิธีการคัดเลือกผลงาน
สถานเอกอัครราชทูตเนเธอร์แลนด์ ประจำประเทศไทย จะเป็นผู้เลือกภาพที่ชนะเลิศ จำนวน 1 ภาพ เพื่อเพนท์ลงบนตัวรูปปั้นวัว
3. รางวัลการประกวด แบ่งเป็นประเภทรางวัล ดังนี้
• รางวัลชนะเลิศ นิสิตที่ชนะการประกวดจะได้รับเงินรางวัล 7,000 บาท พร้อมจดหมายขอบคุณจาก สถานเอกอัครราชทูตเนเธอร์แลนด์ ประจำประเทศไทย จำนวน 1 รางวัล
• รางวัลรองชนะเลิศจะได้รับเงินรางวัล 1,000 บาท จำนวน 2 รางวัล
หมายเหตุ : นิสิตที่ส่งผลงานเข้าประกวดจะได้รับของที่ระลึกจากสถานเอกอัครราชทูตเนเธอร์แลนด์ ประจำประเทศไทย

The Embassy of the Netherlands in Thailand & Srinakharinwirot University invite students to participate in the Cow Design & Paint Contest on a cow sculpture (the symbol of the Netherlands) under the concept of LBTQ.
Students who are interested in this contest can submit their work from now until 31st January 2022 at 6:00 p.m.
The details and rules of the contest are as follows:
1. Contest Rules
- Submit your concept design and drawings on the cow image with the size 29.7 cm. x 42 cm. (A3 paper) with your work title and concept in English (Download the cow image from the link or QR Code below). For colors and techniques, contestants can choose to draw by acrylic paints or poster colors on paper or in digital paint format on both sides of the cow image.
- Take a picture of the finished work or export the file. The pictures must show both sides of the design (one picture per side). Submit the work as a JPEG file not less than 4 MB in size, and attach a video clip in MP4 format that records the process of developing the design concept and drawings by editing it as a short clip (No more than 1 minute). Send the image and video files to sektan@g.swu.ac.th within 31st January 2022 at 6:00 p.m.
- The participating work must be original, not copying, duplicating or plagiarizing anyone else’s work. It must be a newly created work which has never been offered for sale, published, joined any contests, or released in any media before (including the internet), and must not infringe the copyrights of others. However, if the board finds that it falls under the aforementioned, the contestant will immediately be disqualified from the contest.
- The Embassy of the Netherlands in Thailand owns the copyright of the works developed for the contest.
2. Method for Selection
The Embassy of the Netherlands in Thailand will select only 1 winning picture to paint on the cow statue.
3. The prizes are divided into the following categories:
- Grand Prize Winner will receive a prize of 7,000 baht along with a thank you letter from the Embassy of Netherlands in Thailand, 1 prize.
- The two runner-up winners will each receive a prize of 1,000 baht, 2 prizes.
Note: Every contestant will receive a souvenir from the Embassy of the Netherlands in Thailand.
