คณะมนุษยศาสตร์จัดโครงการ"ดูแลความชราด้วยวิชาความสุข" หนึ่งในโครงการบริการวิชาการส่งเสริมความเข้าใจเพื่อดูแลผู้สูงวัยในยุคปัจจุบันผ่าน ZOOM เวลา 17.00 - 18.30 น. ระหว่างวันที่ 24 - 25 มกราคม 2567

โดยวิทยากรจากหลักสูตรจิตวิทยา คณะมนุษยศาสตร์ โครงการนี้จัดต่อเนื่องทุกปีเพื่อส่งเสริมสุขภาพกายและสุขภาพใจของผู้สูงวัยและผู้ดูแลผู้สูงวัยให้เข้าใจและยอมรับความเปลี่ยนแปลงพร้อมปรับตัวนำพาความสุขให้ตนเองและคนรอบข้าง

The Faculty of Humanities recently hosted the academic service project, "Embracing Aging with Happiness," delivered through ZOOM from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. on the 24th and 25th of January, 2024. This heartfelt initiative was centered around enriching our understanding of elderly care, with a focused dedication to improving the physical and mental well-being of older adults and their caregivers. Our distinguished speaker from the psychology program of the faculty skillfully imparted valuable knowledge and skills to inspire attendees to embrace life's transitions with a sense of happiness in their lives and positively impact those around them.
